Authority Deemed To Be Provided To Exercise Right
If the mother
and father appoint a teacher for the education and upbringing of
their son or daughter or admits the child into an educational
institute for any kind of education, the teacher so appointed or the
headmaster or teacher of such an institute shall be deemed to have
been given the authority to exercise the rights as referred to in
Section 129 in respect of education and upbringing.
